The "Export PDF" and "Copy Material List" buttons also work locally: they use your browser's own print and clipboard features.
This site does not set any cookies of its own, and there is nothing on it that requires a cookie to work.
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links, always labelled as such and always accompanied by a disclosure. If you click one, the retailer's affiliate network may set a cookie in your browser so that a resulting purchase can be attributed to this site. That cookie is set by the network and the retailer, not by us, and we never see your name, your order or your payment details — we only receive aggregate reporting (for example, that a click converted) and a commission.
The links on this site currently point to eBay, through the eBay Partner Network. Once you follow such a link, you are on the retailer's site and their privacy policy applies to everything that happens there. We have no control over, and no access to, the data they collect. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical request data in order to serve pages and protect the site from abuse — typically your IP address, user agent, the URL requested and a timestamp. This is standard server logging that we do not access or use to identify individuals, and it is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
This site links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. When you leave rebarcount.com, the policy of the site you land on applies.
This site is a construction estimating tool intended for a general and professional audience. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Because we do not collect or store personal data through this site, there is generally nothing for us to export, correct or delete. The one exception is if you contact us by email: we will then hold your message and your email address for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry. If you would like that correspondence deleted, just ask and we will remove it.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, California or another jurisdiction with data protection legislation, the rights granted to you by that legislation apply to any personal data you send us voluntarily by email.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the "last reviewed" date above.
